Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel happy and confident with your HatiNest pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your order under the terms below.


1. 30-Day Return Policy

If you change your mind, you may return part or all of your order within 30 days of receiving your items.

To begin a return, please email us at info@hatinest.co.uk.

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • In a condition suitable for resale

Items that arrive back in non-saleable condition cannot be refunded or credited.


2. Returning Your Items

You may return items using any tracked or signed-for service of your choice.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

The original delivery charge will also be deducted unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.


3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hatinest.co.uk.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.


4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, unless another arrangement is agreed.

Please allow several working days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items damaged through misuse or neglect

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Goods returned after the 30-day period

These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights.


6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order.
