These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.hatinest.co.uk.

2. Using Our Website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We may update these terms from time to time, so please check back before ordering.

3. Products

Many of our products are handmade or crafted from natural materials. Variations in colour, texture, grain, and finish are expected and part of the product’s character.
Product images are for guidance only; colours and details may appear differently depending on your device.

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but slight differences may occur.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices shown on our website include UK VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We currently accept:

  • Shop Pay

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Standard card payments (via Shopify Payments)

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

We do not currently offer gift cards.

5. Ordering & Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not constitute acceptance.
A contract is formed when your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order, for example, if a product is out of stock or if pricing information was incorrect.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately.

Delivery delays caused by the courier or events outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.) are not the responsibility of HatiNest.

7. Returns & Cancellation Policy

You may return unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

To start a return, please contact us at info@hatinest.co.uk. 

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Goods that arrive back in non-saleable condition cannot be refunded or credited.

Refunds will be issued once the return has been inspected and processed, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Clearance items

  • Products damaged through misuse or neglect

  • Goods returned without original packaging

  • Returns submitted outside the stated timeframes

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hatinest.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible.

9. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you to offer one of the following:

  • A full refund

  • A suitable alternative

  • The option to wait for restock (if applicable)

10. Handmade & Natural Product Disclaimer

Many HatiNest items are handcrafted or made from natural materials.
As a result:

  • Slight variations in size, colour, and finish are normal

  • No two pieces are identical

  • Minor imperfections are not considered faults

These variations are part of the product’s charm and authenticity.

11. Liability

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Incorrect use of our products

  • Wear and tear

  • Failure to follow care instructions

  • Events outside our control

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
